Purest portal of Peace

Bengaluru urban to Madhuvan

A calm that encompasses the acres of land, engulfed so instantly and drowned me in its silent voice. A cool and smoothening cleanse of body and mind, as my aura was dipped in the arms of Madhuvana at sunset point.

The distant chirping of insects and birds, the sky-tinged bright orange and pink, a view to behold from atop a machan. A spectacle to see the abundance of limitless sky and carpeted ground.

It is an effortless meditation in itself. Feeling the warmth of sand under my feet and inhaling the air loaded with smell of grass and earth. What fortune it is to be a part of something so incredible. To adore nature without human adulteration, is a seemingly simple but rare sight for anyone from Urban cosmopolitan.

Next, we reached Abhivrudhi and our eyes met the circular lawn towered on one side by eco-friendly cottages. It was “pure joy” to assimilate a 360-degree uninterrupted view of the sky …no wires, no high-tension poles, no wifi cables, no skyscrapers, only the limitless sky.

After indulging in a hot and nutritious dinner and strolling through the lawn, we slept well in cozy cottages with artistically curated interiors. Early morning I woke up fresh and fully recharged to the chirping of birds walked out. The highlight of my morning tea, was I plucked the blue tea flowers fresh, soaked them in hot water, and sipped the mug loaded with antioxidants…. freshly brewed BLUE TEA, from the creepers of the cottage.

Then I cycled around the retreat and visited the goshala to meet the 15 cows and bulls, ongole native variety with a newborn calf, two days old named after a co – farmer- Rohan. I visited the harvest patch and picked a few tomatoes, ladies’ fingers, brinjals and green chilies, plus my favorite mehendi leaves. It was a dream to pluck mehendi leaves directly from the plants and curate it for application. It was my first time harvesting them…I was so thrilled do to this!

Anyone who would want to experience the mighty potential of seamless healing should stay in the lap of nature and feel the magic:

Eyes, Ears, Nose, Taste, Touch all in synchronous therapy. Thanks to the committed labor who make it easy for urbanites to experience nativity, by optimal curation. I carry in my heart the smell of mud, the touch of warm sand and grass, the sight of endless greenery and sky, the taste of food cooked with joy, and the memories of spotting black bucks in their native habitat.

Thank you,
Ramyashree
